I am home about 3 months now after finishing a major treatment plan over 2/3 years. I can unreservedly recommend Helvetic Clinics to anyone who may be considering restorative dental work in Hungary. There were highs and lows over the treatments with some complications, but throughout, all the staff in Helvetic were very caring and professional.
I was very comforted by regularly seeing the one main dentist Dr Gyorgy every time I visited. A special shout out Nora on Reception also who is very helpful. All the staff are to be commended and are what makes Helvetic stand out. They may not be the cheapest in Budapest, but you pay for what you get and the quality in second to none.

Great experience here. Dentist was very professional have me advice about where to go next with the teeth even when it didn't benifit the clinic. They were more focused on the patients treatment than the money.

The rep I had was Stephen and he was really wonderful, very helpful and very easy to approach gave me different options on treatment plan which would be best for me. When I said I didn't want a treatment he didn't try and sell the package he didn't pursue the sell which I really liked about Stephen didn't feel pressured into anything.

Great service all round. Pricing was a lot cheaper than originally thought as well.

I have been in the treatment for 3 years now, which I successfully completed last week with a major renovation of my teeth. A lot was done for me, from dental hygiene, tooth repairs, multiple deep cleanings, jaw bone augmentation, implants with crowns, bridges and inlay. This was the best and most pleasant dentist / dental clinic experience I have ever had to date. The entire team starting with the back office, the reception, the doctors, the dental assistants and the respective supervisors is really at the very best TOP level. I can only recommend Helvectic if you have problems with your teeth, you will get the right help here.

A very professional clinic and the 18 différent dentists are just wonderful i wish i remembered the names
A translator is always available to explain the work to be done i would advise to always add one extra day to your trip as it can be extensive

Following the treatment of only 17 teeths including the installation of 8 implants it is fully understandable why this clinic is rated often number one in the world
I would like to express very special thanks to Dr Bendes Balazs and a very pleasant experience with Dr Szandra Lemperger

Had an excellent experience the dentist was kind and gentleeverything was done to an excellent standard!!! All observe the best infection control methods. Everyone was helpful whilst I was in England ensuring everything was done promptly. I travel alone due to the pandemic but was well supported and well cared for at the clinic. The dental clinic has it own hotel in the building so Everything was at hand!! Thank you!

I am writing this on behalf of my girlfriend who's having a terrible experience with this dental clinic. I assume the people who write such good reviews about this clinic don't wait long enough to be able to evaluate the quality of the work done there. Crown and veneers falling apart after one or two years, many useless travels to Budapest to try to solve the problems. Whatever happen they refuse to take responsibility for the bad quality of the work done. Whatever happen it will always be the client's fault. Impossible to communicate withe these people. In the end she had to go to another dentist back home. That said that the work hadn't been done properly. Firstly you might save money but in the end it will cost much more than going to a local dentist in your own country. They are solely concern about excluding everything from what they are supposed to guarantee. So unprofessional, so careless. Stay away from this place, you will bitterly regret it sooner or later.

(Pardon my english. I'm not a native speaker)

On vacation in Budapest I had a terrible toothache do to a temporary filling my dentist (back home) had made before I could get a root canal treatment. I went to Helvetic Dental, to ask if they could help with the pain.

All the staff is very nice and serviceminded. They even have nametags with flags indicating what languages they speak. The dentist was honest and told me, that the best he could do was to clean the tooth again, but that it might not make a difference. He also offered me more effective pain killers than the ones I had.

The x-rays and the consultation was free! I only paid for the pain killers (10 €)

I will recommend Helvetic Dental to all og my friends and family back home!

Excellent service and very good prices! I will definently return in the future if in need for bigger dental procedures!

Outstanding. Not just any dentist. Dr. Berkei Gabor is a true artist. He takes his time and you could tell it really pleased him when it turns out perfect. So glad I flew across the world instead of going to Mexico.

Major work done, Bridges, Veneers, overlays. Every tooth had something done. Would have been 4 times the cost in USA and I very seriously doubt it would have been as good of work done.

Hi, I just started my dental repair project involving 1 implant lower mouth, 1 implant upper mouth with bone-extention, preparation of one root to be used for impant, approvement of another already treated root for implant, and finally installation of 4 well adapted porcelaine crowns - all material to be used of highest quality. The first visit with preparation of my mouth for implantation was a pure pleasure delivered by very competent and friendly personnel. I found it very strong that the sales persons clearly distinguised their offer between real needs and cosmetic needs, which made it easy for me to choose the appropriate treatment for the next two visits. I look forward to continue to work with Helvetic Dental Clinics in Budapest - next visit mid june, 2017.

The clinic is ideally located in the centre of Budapest, important, when you have to stay for 12 days. Facilities are very modern, the staff is pleasant and the dentists very qualified. Only one minor remark, regarding the temperature of my room that I could not manage to regulate, either too warm or too cold (I was in room 317).

Sadly, I was really disappointed with my experience visiting Helvetic.

Before visiting, I was informed that the total cost for an Megagen implant and crown would be just over 1000 euros. This seemed like a good deal and the clinic sounded great from the reviews online. However, once there and after having the free consultation, the prices jumped up and there were many extras that had not been mentioned during my phonecalls with them back in the UK. They also told me that they couldn't start the work on my first trip as there wasn't enough time, even though I'd clearly explained before travelling there that I'd want to start work on my first trip and had therefore booked 3 days in Budapest. Why did no one mention or flag it up as a problem beforehand?

The taxi ride from the airport to the clinic turned out to be the most positive part of the experience as my driver was very friendly and talkative. Ervin, the clinic 'host' who escorted me around when I arrived seemed slightly 'off'. There was a lot of talking in what sounded like Hungarian between himself and the dentist even though on the website it's clear they are both "fluent in English". They kept laughing about things between themselves, and as I don't speak Hungarian, I couldn't understand what. The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable to be honest.

After the consultation and receiving the quote, I went away to think about what to do next. When I returned to the clinic later that same day, I explained to Ervin that I felt I'd come over on false pretences. He replied by saying he was "glad I'd come to this decision", all the while with a big grin on his face. At that point I really felt uneasy and left.

All in all it was a completely wasted trip and I'm very disappointed with my experience at Helvetic Dental Clinic.

My wife and I have just returned from Helvetic Budapest. Safe to say we were both suitably impressed with them enough to go again. Seriously high dental standards and facilities with very attentive staff. The treatment plans are comprehensive allowing varied options. Their hotel is part of the clinic which makes the whole process so convenient especially when under going multiple treatments as we did. Slope off to the room to have a nap then out and about around a gem of a town. No one looks forward to going to the dentist but this was mostly a very pleasant pain-free city break. See if Autumn is as good as Spring..

This is a super dental clinic. The reception and clinical staff were all completely charming, and did everything possible to make the treatment and the visit as comfortable as possible. The dental care was meticulous and conservative, with every modern facility on hand. I appreciated that the dentists listened to my wishes, and did not press me to take any extra treatment options. This is authentic clinical care rather than a business operation. The reception and accommodation areas were also excellent; it was ideal to be staying upstairs in the same building, avoiding any travel for treatment. The clinic is located in a very interesting and beautiful part of the old city centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. I recommend the Helvetic Clinic with complete confidence.

I was impressed with the clinic, it was modern, clean and the staff were very professional, carrying out their duties in an efficient and pleasant manner. The standard of treatment was high, giving me confidence in the treatment that I received. I also appreciated the hotel being sited in the same building, offering easy access to both the clinic and the city centre . The hotel was clean, modern(everything worked!) comfortable, the staff were very helpful and there was a good breakfast choice. Some people might consider the hotel to be soulless,, lacking character because it is so new and built in the modern style, but I found it perfectly suitable for my needs.I have already made a booking for my next treatment.
