  Great cook and staff but no air-conditioning which is quite disappointing at a 4 star hotel.

  Very poor quality hotel, No air condition, paid for breakfast when it was included, nobody could speak English, mysquitos in room. Not a 4 star hotel. Everytime we asked Them about the problems they would just say "okay".

  It a a good hotel with good food but no English speaking aroundno AC and no Fan as u don't needhuge place..if you want piece then go there

  Everything here is so run down and nothing is taken care of. No AC and rooms are dreadfully hot. Rooms are subpar. Don't advise staying here.

  The grounds were amazing, spa, saunas, and pool were refreshing. Lots of outdoor areas and helpful staff. However, nights I stayed they had a wedding that went from 6 pm -6am. Loud music, DJs, and karaoke. So if that's how all weddings are in Hungary sleepong isn't going to happen.

  Az Édes Kettes csomagot választottuk,gyertyafényes vacsorával.A személyzet szervezetlen,hozzánemértő és barátságtalan volt.Leültettek minket egy nyolcszemélyes asztalhoz ami a konyha bejárata mellett állt és nem volt gyertyafényes.Így végignézhettük amint a vezetőségnek és annak családjának nagyon szép mutatós ételeket szervíroznak,mi pedig kiszolgálhattuk magunkat a svédasztalról,amin az ételek szárazak,unalmasak voltak,beleértve a desszertet is.Távozáskor elnézést kértek a keveredésért,és holnap kárpótolva leszünk.Amikor közöltük hogy egy éjszakát tartózkodunk szállodában,akkor vállrándítás és akkor sajnáljuk volt a válasz.47500 ft -ba került.Ennek az egy harmadáért egy München melletti Panzió Sokkal kellemesebb volt.A szobában jacuzziként hirdetett valami,egy pezsgőfürdős kád volt ami nenm funkcionált pontosan.Éjjel gyerek sírás,dübörgés,stb.Nagyon kellemetlen élmény volt.

  Lovely place to stay away from city and with lot of greenery around. The place is very friendly and cosy.
