It is a wellness with nothing special not bad but not the best. It has 3 pools inside, 1 children pool, jacuzzi and 1 thermal outside pool with bar. The pools weren't so bad despite were crowded. The place lighting is so poor when the night comes down.

The dressing rooms and showers were very dirty and untidy. The locker room and dryiers are in a mixed gender area connected with showers without a door.

The reception girl was a bit rude and unhelpful. Couldn't use the discount voucher we got in the hotel and we had to pay the full fare without try to find a solution (its ok if is not possible) but not even say sorry for it or have a proactive attitude. Really sad for the received treat. For details like that and with so many thermal bathrooms in hungary for sure not coming back there.

We were there two times and had a lot of fun. If you go on a work day after 17:00 there is a discount so we got a combo ticket for the pools and the sauna for 1800 forints. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are several pools inside and one is with hot mineral water. There were 2 water slides and a pool outside. We tried all the saunas but I liked the steaming bath the most. Very good place to relax.

Great pool. Very useful on the Balaton's rainy days. Small but cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A fürdő része majdnem tökéletes, a nyugágyakat hiányoltuk, kicsit kevés a pihenőhely. Embert alig látni a pihenőszékeken, mindenki csak törölközőtartónak használja. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész és nagyrészt bababarát helynek mondható a fürdő. Negatív: A büfés kajától eddig vagy hasmenést vagy idegbajt kaptunk a kiszolgálás miatt. Itt a személyzet nem kedves, a kaját is már szinte magadnak kell megcsinálni, mert arra is lusták. Konkrét példa: Sajtburgert rendeltem, szóltak, hogy kész, de a mustárt és a ketchupot külön kis tasakba adták oda, (majonézt nem is adtak) ami az a fajta, amit aztán kibontani még foggal is lehetetlen. Zárójelbe itt azt is megjegyezném, hogy nem tudom mióta kell a sajtburgerbe paprikát tenni, de kb azon kívül salátát nem látott a nyomorult szendvicsem, és hozzáteszem nem is olcsón, sőt drágán. Ilyen kiszolgálás mellett, (ha legközelebb is itt étkeznénk, de soha többé nem) kb azt várom, hogy szólnak, hogy álljak be a konyhára kisütni magamnak a húst is. Összességben a fürdő 4-es, de ha a büfét is lehetne külön értékelni, akkor 1-es alát adnék, vagy még annyit sem!
