They were deliberately misled. Instead of Mondano-made tiles, completely different brands of tiles were ordered and paid for with me. After returning home, I noticed that neither the manufacturer nor the tiles ordered were the same as I wanted, and they were not even similar in color. To my complaint I got the answer that both manufacturers are Spanish, they have the same products and this is a common custom of the business, and I am even glad that I even got the more expensive one at a good price. It is deeply outrageous to be unfairly misled by the procedure and the buyer.
