Nice hotel: great staff, fair sized room and clean bathroom. Good breakfast and hotel and rooms are nicely decorated. Walking distance from Metro. Nice and quiet (no small children allowed) and the small 'tuktuk bar' below is nice too . Good for business and holidays

Great hotel located in a walking distance from main Budapest attractions. The breakfast was good. The rooms where really big and comfortable. My only complaint is that the room lack of good artificial lighting, it has a lot of lights but since the hotel and the rooms have an artistic touch they look nice more than providing really useful lighting when you want to read a map. Besides that is a great hotel. It has a small gym and spa where you can relax after eating too many langos.

We generally enjoyed our stay at the Casati. The staff were generally pleasant although Tunde seemed a bit frustrated when we asked her to make reservations at restaurants, etc. The other two men at reception were nice. The breakfast area was very nice and although breakfast was quite basic (scrambled eggs, yogurt, bacon, bread, etc.) it was sufficient and saved us the trouble of purchasing breakfast elsewhere. The gym was quite basic but had enough in it to allow basic exercises. There was wifi throughout the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern; however, products (soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc.) were below standard and smelled strange. We were generally satisfied with our stay.

As a tip for reception, perhaps they could collect the contact numbers for the top attractions and restaurants in Budapest (the four Michelin-star restaurants). With airbnb now, this is one of the areas where hotels can still add value.

Great hotel with a very helpful front desk staff. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was really good with lots of options. Location is the best as it is right near the Opera stop and very easy to get back and forth. They allowed me to use the front desk phone when I needed it and were able to print tour confirmations and boarding passes. They have a nice work out area in the lower level with 2 hammocks and an area to relax if needed. Sauna is available to use with shower next to it if you give them 1 hr notice to get it warmed up. Budapest can be intimidating with their streets and maps but was one of the highlights of our trip and wish we could spend more time there. We will stay here again when we return. There are many Ruin Pubs within walking distance and starting on Thursday nights through the weekend they are great for people watching and for the design of the room. Budapest was great!
