Old style but very good camping. Friendly staff, clean toilets, large green area with old trees. Nice swimming pool (cold water). Beautiful surroundings (Danube)

We cycled the Danube and this is by far the best campsite we stayed in. The lady at reception was amazing: fluent in many languages, helpful, down to earth and funny. We stayed in the tree house /cottage. Amazing views and got two good nights sleeps. Some of the comments on here are way off. I can only imagine they're stuck-up poshos that expect the ritz. Weirdos.

Nice and quiet place not far from budapest. There js a facility to cook and wash your clothes. The camping has a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant. We had a really nice stay and would definitely come back if we are in the area.

I give this 4 stars mainly due to the wide open spaces. it's green flat and you can park as you want. The facilities are decent, clean but old. It seems a place popular with Scouting groups and other groups of kids, but they have been quiet at night and all pretty much under control of adults. there is a nice pool and access to the Danube. Overall a pleasant place to stay. I would not say this is a great place for access to Budapest one has to take a long bus ride then transfer to the underground to arrive in the city. It all takes an hour and a half or more depending on wait times.

The surroundings/park and the whole camping area is OK. Clean, well attended and maintained.

Affordable camping near Budapest. Bungalows require renovation, but still - it is a good place to stay for Budapest sightseeing.
