It is located in the center of downtown Budapest so you can shop or drink nearby. Room is simple and clean. But some of rooms look like having a noise coming from outside. It has a very small fitness center. Reception staffs are very kind and helpful.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Budapest. This place booked up really fast all seasons long. Right around the corner from main subway and tram like and walking distance from ruin bars and shops.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy a good time at the lobby as the hotel provide free drink. Our room is super big and clean as it is split-level. And we got one double bed and two single beds for two of us! And it connects to Broscolo Hotel which we had our breakfast at NY CAFE'. Highly recommend.

The problem is the intense dime store air freshener machine spraying out toxic "VOC" fragrance chemicals in the lobby. It's so bad you must hold your breath and walk very fast though the entire lobby or breath through your shirt. I have not found a way in or out of the building except through the lobby. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels all of the world and this is the first time I have ever experienced this.
Otherwise, this place is pretty good. It could use improvement with the room cleaning, but it has a nice small kitchen and the apartments are modern and spacious and it's a quiet building for time-zone change sleeping.response / report this review -

The best place I have ever been! Reception, security, cleaning staff are extremely kind! Room is like new after cleaning. Fragrance in the residence makes you positive.

Service was great, perfect location downtown. Apartments were big. Only downside was apartment was bare and echoy. Not a problem for a short stay though. Would go again

Great location, all the tourist attractions are easily accessible from this hotel. The staff was very nice. My room was cleand and very spacious, stayed here for a long weekend and would definitely return if stayed in Budapest again.

It wasn't quite a nice hotel. Had one of the best breakfast. The apartments are not as luxury as I thought. But such a great time and it has a great location. Ultimate breakfast in the actual Hotel.

The service is outstanding! Good information from the nice staff.
Very good and safe parking in a big garage.
Very big rooms. The rooms are very comfortable but they need som fresh ups.
Good enough-breakfast on site. Exclusive breakfast round the corner in the legendary Café NY. It's worth the price!
It should be nice if the reception should have some tourist info visible in a stand.
