Terrible experience
On Thursday, 30. November 2017, we had a very bad experience. First our car back tyre went totally flat on the highway and we had to stop and call tow truck to take us to Pécs. It was natural for us to leave car to this tyre garage, as we have always bought all of our new tyres from them for two cars. It was around 7 pm and garage was closed. We saw the sign that the area is camera controlled but we thought that it is alright to leave our car there as it should be fixed first thing in the morning and it was impossible to drive. We were about to leave by taxi as we saw a lady coming out from the building and we explained to her what is the situation. She said that she will call the owner. After that we had an experience we did not believe to be possible anymore.
Lady came back and gave a phone to my wife. She tried to explain the situation to the owner but he refused to listen but was shouting to my wife that how we think we can leave the car to his private property. If we do not remove it immediatelly he is calling the police. He was so arrogant that my wife was terrified and almost crying. Yes, we removed the car.
And for the owner: we are never going to leave our car to your private property outside of business hours, but not even during business hours anymore.
This is pitty because there are many wonderful employees with right service attitude. Owner seems to know nothing about that.
We want to share this experience because everybody should know what they can expect
By the way: After that we took our car to another garage. That was also closed but they opened the gate and promised to take it to service first thing in the morning. There is something to learn for the owner.

Gyorsak, pontosak. A teljes szerelést végig lehet nézni, nem árulnak zsákbamacskát, lelkiismeretesek.

Köszönöm, a gyors intézkedést, egy másik helyen huszadikán tették volna fel az új gumiabroncsokat, és én féltem attól hogy a többi is leenged, márpedig karitatív kötelességem volt idős személyt szállítani. Mindig ide járok, évek óta., Elégedett vagyok az udvarias ! Kiszolgálással a gyors, korrekt munkaval.

A tulaj egyszerűen megtagadta a bankkártyás fizetést. Előtte átutalással fizettem 120.000 Ft-ot 4 db gumiért, ezek felszerelésének 15.000 (!) Ft-os díját nem engedte kártyával teljesíteni. Mellesleg utólag felrótta, hogy használtam a mosdót és ettem a direkt erre acélra kirakott cukorkából. Szánalmas a fazon. Az alkalmazottak amúgy segítőkészek és tök normálisak.
