  The hotel has a built-in wellness centre with thermal pools. Not bad all. The rooms actually need some more love and renovation.

  Great facilities but not such good service. Reception staff may not have been adequately trained as they were quite slow and often seemed confused by basic requests (e.g. check in), despite dealing with a native Hungarian speaker so no language barrier. For example, they offer an ironing service but some staff didn't seem to know how it worked or how long it would take. Very long queues to check out at the weekend, apparently due to insufficient staff levels.
  The room and public areas (except the wellness area) were quite dated-looking, and there were various little minor things broken in the room (broken clothes horse, bathroom pedal bin, etc.) Mostly clean though, but not the most comfortable bed. It was good to have a balcony though, and the pools looked great.
  Not a great location, quite remote, but it was fine. Very limited dietary options (e.g vegan or gluten free) for the breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the a la carte menus.

  Wellness section is good, rooms are ok, tv channel selection is poor but who cares. Food was ok. In the room there was no hot water for a while. Staff is kind. Massage is very good.

  I've visited this great hotel in August, 2012. The weather was very hot and sunny. Hotel is new, nice and modern. The hall could be more elegant. The restaurant serves good, but really greasy (local food generally) cuisine. A lot of 'fast food' dishes like chips and greasy meats, but breakfasts were wonderful! Excellent choice of bread and pastry.
  
  The pool is really nice, but pool area could be more clean. Way not enough of sunbeds! There's a green area around hotel that could fit much more! Impossible to find one around 11am - 05pm. Bathrobes are really nice!
  
  Our shower cabin's massage tools and lightning was broken. Nobody helped with it.
  
  Air conditioning is excellent!
  
  Elevators run from top floors directly to hall and SPA! Great! We also got a discount for massages which is brilliant.
  
  A nice hotel for people who need to rest. Lack of noisy children which I found really nice.
