Nice, clean apartment. Sure is value for money. The staff is nice and efficient.

There are loads of bars and restaurants around the block, so food and drink is never a problem, bit this makes the nights a bit loud. But as long as you're aware of that, it is a good place to stay.

The city center is just 20 minutes away (walking) or 5 minutes (metro).

It was supposed to be a wonderfull vacationforget It thanks to this Agape hotel.
Cleaning proberly never heard of.
Floorbed..bathroom etc.NOT clean.
Their solution for a single bed is the couch..
For one night it's okay but not when you booked for 7 nights.
We will never come back .

The place is quite strange. The hotel reception locks itself away. I have never been to a hotel that takes a deposit for the room key. They claimed that they would change towels every three days. They didn't. They have air-conditioning but charge extra for it. The view is of a car park and some derelict buildings. One of the permanent residents was extremely noisy about 5pm on Saturday with what was allegedly music. We went out for dinner and all was quiet when we returned. It is in a good location

This place is a catastrophe. We stayed for 2 nights (2 adults, 2 children: 1
and 4 years). We reserved a highchair for the baby - not there.
The apartement was in a disgusting shape: hair in the sink, stains on the sofa, spider webs on the ceiling, dirt on the floor, etc. When I showed pictures of it at the reception and asked for the room to be cleaned again, they apologized and said it would be done. But when we got back, everything looked the same, except the spider webs were gone. I asked the manager the next day, if they were serious about it - if that was their understanding of cleaning. She said: "We did everything you asked us for."
Seriously? No more words needed.
Never again!
Besides: there is construction work in the street in front of the hotel, so it's really loud and dusty.

The apartment was fairly big and the location was great, smack in the middle of excellent ruin bars and within walking distance of the city center and all major stations. However, the apartment was dirty, which could be overlooked if at least the bathroom was clean, but it wasn't. A dried out bloody booger on a mouldy shower curtain.
The beds were ok, and each room had its own balcony, however there were only 5 hangers in total in the whole apartment.

Our room was 5th floor which was not easy to get to, we got lost but reached somehow. The corridor was dark so had to use flashlight of my phone. I even pushed someone's door ring mistakenly to turn on the light. The worst thing was our door key was broken. I went to the reception and a reception boy came with me and tried but didn't work. He came back with another key but it didn't work again. Then manager guy came and told us to give another room. We had to wait in front of the room about over 30 minutes but no one apologized us. We wanted to get in as soon as possible as we had our dinner of take away. The room was spacious but cold because there was only one heater which is not enough. Wifi was so unstable and slow I couldn't connect almost all. You should avoid this hotel.

The price was definitely way too high for the apartment!!! Air conditioning costs extra, the mattress were dirty and there was black human hair on the sheets.
The room was dirty, the equipment shabby and the house needed renovation.
It is fine for one or two nights but not worth the price.
