Supermarkt with the most needed products on two floors, with air conditioning. Money exchange dollars and Euro possible at a acceptable but not very good rate. Prices are not cheap, often higher than on the street. So best to use this market only for products which are not available on the street or just to cool down ;)
We went there only the first day and then from time to time, less and less, getting all we needed more and more elsewhere supporting the locals and not some hyper rich.
