Perfect, clean place if you are flying in or out of the airport in Port au Prince. Great service, good food, outdoor bar, nice pool.

    Very nice suite.

Had problems with my booking and staff at front desk we're professional and kind helping me work an issue that was probably my fault.

    Pros:

    Air-conditioned
    Clean
    Hot water
    Dinning
    Drinks
    Swimming
    Breakfast decent
    And more

Also, close to airport with Shuttle Bus.

    Cons:

    Internet unreliable at times
Not an over abundance of towels in bathroom

Had an airport shuttle reservation to pick me up at the airport which never showed up and left me stranded. Finally made my way to the hotel since I didn't know where else to go. They offered no compensation for this serious mistake, just poor excuses and a "sorry for the inconvenience". The hallways smelled like toilet and the restaurant was understaffed which made service super slow for dinner. In the morning breakfast starts at 6 am but didn't get served until 6:45 am. We were a dozen guests waiting around looking at our watches hoping we would have time to eat breakfast before we had to leave. You pay an international standard price for a hotel room but the service is just not up to par.

Comparing to others hotels in Puerto Príncipe the installation of this are quite aceptable, service is bad no smile, there is intention of customer satisfaction, room is confortable, pillow are really good, food first night I asked the most simple and never fail chicken sandwich, it was salty I leave it after 3 bites, I don't know what happens they didn't clean my room in the second day, in the second night asked a spaghetti bolognes, meat was with a strong taste and spaghetti were hard asked to Cook better the spaghetti but at the end could not eat it. Really bad experience with food and service.

I have been working in Haiti since 1994 and this is a great place to stay. Very nice and helpful people at the front desk and the person who brought my luggage to my room. He made sure everything worked and explained what I needed to know.
Very clean. A/C and tv is great. Strong wifi signal plus an airport shuttle.
It may be a little high for groups but for 1 or 2 people for 2 or 3 nights its perfect.

Perfect location being close to the airport. Food is tasty as is coffee and cocktails. Gym and rooms are sufficient despite treadmill not always functioning. Staff is great. 4 stars because internet is poor and most guests are there on business.

Nice hotel close to the Port-au-Prince airport. The front desk service was very good. Very nice rooms with WiFi. Unfortunately the Wifi can only be used in your room. Free breakfast and shuttle to the airport is a plus. The service at the restaurant is a bit slow at times. The hotel has a pool and gym. Overall it was a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

If you need to stay in Port-au-Prince, the Servotel is a very convenient place to stay, a restaurant that serves American-type food and Haitian. There is an outdoor pool, Western toilets, and the best friendly staff who speak English. The rooms remind me of a previous generation Hampton Inn or Courtyard (maybe 2013 style). It was well enough clean, and better than what I expected from Haiti. The best advantage was the hot shower and AC - after a long day outside in PAP it was well worth it. Also, the private gates and guards were nice to feel safe all the time. They serve free breakfast with omelettes, and it was adequate, but boring after 2 weeks. The water is fine to drink here and they also have a full bar, serve cold beverages like beer, Coke, 7Up, Sprite. Could not find a Dr. Pepper or Fanta anywhere in the hotel. The lunch and dinner choices are pretty good - we liked the pizza, quesadillas, stir fry, and pasta. Great restaurant staff! We stayed for 2 weeks and saw lots of mission teams, adoption families, oil workers, visiting police and UN folks, manufacturing folks. Very safe, convenient, modern, and with a good restaurant make it a very appealing place to stay for a layover or extended trip. This is not a vacation spot like some of the coastal resorts FYI, it is in Port-au-Prince across from the airport, and they provide a free shuttle.

Rooms are gross, full of mosquitoes, AC did not work, wifi did not work, food was barely palatable. Only stay here if you absolutely must be close to the airport, otherwise there are far better options for a little more about 15 mins further, namely the Marriott.
