Beautiful beach. Good food. Could use if some updats
This place is so Beautiful. The whole place speaks of relaxation. Everyone is pretty nice. You will get away from everything here. The only drawbacks the wifi is good but I had a tough time trying to keep my phone connected the single would go in and out. But I didn't care about that because this place is Truly a paradise!!!! Every is very simple in the rooms. The price is cheap compared to what you would pay for something like this in Florida. But Florida has nothing on this place the Colors here our so dynamic. Look no further for a get away vacation
I loved how quiet it was (I hesitated to give five stars, because I'd like it to stay quiet, lol, but they deserve it) The dishes and buffets are excellent, there are always fresh mango's, sometimes they offer corossol juice. The pool is nice, the TV has a lot of nice channels. The resort has a part called Marina Blue, which offers nice boat excursions, jetski, diving,
Great atmosphere, good food. Expensive but comes with great service. Beach is beautiful and Marina services such as scuba diving and boat excursions also available.
What a great resort. Went there for lunch only but service is great. Would love to stay one day. Very peaceful. Ocean water crystal clear.
Not all inclusive. The extras add up and become a little pricey. Though this resort is BEAUTIFUL
Venue is great, beaches are beautiful and grounds well kept but unfortunately no attention to detail when taking meal orders. Many mistakes made with entree and main dishes. Prices range from $18-30 for mains.
Overstaffed. Good food. Travel too hotel is I would say interesting but once you get to the resort it's very nice. They have lot of activity for kids and small sports. Beach is clean. They did very good job in maintaining tropical garden inside with lot of ducks walking around. Rooms were clean and water was hot.
You might want to bring your shampoo and soap if you are choosy. WiFi is very fleky, if you are planning to stay in Haiti for little longer and want to stay connected to rest of the world, buy local simcard at the airport. Airport one is just dollar expensive but they do good job in getting you setup.
Overall go for it. It's good fun at adorable prices.
The environment is beautiful with tons of things to do and enjoy. The staff is amazing and very professional. My husband and I will both celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary there, again.
It was beautiful but it is a very sad place - the history that comes with it. This was a slave sugar cane plantation and the resort part of it is where the European in charged of the slaves lived. The expectancy of life of a Haitian slave was 1 year and a half because the European worked them really hard for the sugar cane.
The food was very good and everything was very clean. I did get sick after eating here because my stomach was not used to the environment yet. The dj and dance floor was very nice.
The rooms r expensive for the experience. Not worth 100+$ per night. I think it is definitively overpriced. This place should be more in the 70$ per night range.
Professionnal and courteous staff. Perfect for holidays with family . A real Paradise
Beautiful tropical view and kids’ friendly. Staffs are very nice and welcoming. Although it is a resort, I feel like they are overly priced. They are selling Walmart bathing suits for $70. I found it to be outrageous. The sellers by the sea will try to sell you souvenirs for 4x the price if you were to buy them outside of the resort. Watch out when you are paying with Haitian money, they will try to rob you blind. Other than that, The food is awesome and the servers are very nice.
Good food and great snorkeling. A little expensive.
Nice and Clear Resort
Great peaceful beach in Haiti, excellent basic buffet, great drinks and very reasonable prices
Loved the beach, small and intimate and not at all crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Bit of a trek to get there but we'll worth it. Hope to return in the future.
Moulin Sur Mer is an amazing place to stay. The accommodations are great, and the grounds are extensive and absolutely lovely. The ocean water at the resort is quite clear, calm and lovely. They have options for kayaking and more available (though I did not try them). Staff is very helpful. Food is exquisite. Juices (for cocktails and more) are made from fresh fruits, and are delicious. This place is not just for expats, which makes it nice, and has such a relaxed vibe. WiFi wasn't entirely reliable, but then in this paradise maybe you should just turn off your phone :)
A Beautiful Resort in Haiti with a very friendly staff. Beach, pool, bars, basketball, mini golf, kayaking, etcJust make sure to pack your water shoes cause the beach has plenty of stones which after a while can be uncomfortable to walk on. And remember bottled water is the safe way to go when traveling.
great vacation spot quiet and convenient
It was really informative and historic beach was clear and nice
1-the breakfast was miserable 2- the sea was covered with dumps 3-staff is not well dress 4-the seats are plastic chairs ( some broken ) at the diner place 5-if you look all arround you ll see cracks in the walls 6- first time being at a restaurant bar and seeing no menu had to ask 7- the customer service is just miserable.8-the bathroom is not well clean, the toilet bowl is dirty and can't flush.9-there is no power outlets near the nightstand nor in the entire room.to finish it upthere isn't a plastic spoon at the restaurant.
The staffs are cordial and the services are excellent. Great views, and the environment is spectacular
