I stayed at this hotel for one week. When I 1st got there I met this young lady name Matchia(I think I spelt her name wrong). She was wonderful. If I were to go back to this hotel it would be for her only. Security is great. Breakfast is the worst. I was with my partner at the time and he was staying with me because I don't know Haiti like that alone. They had me pay $20 for each night for him and I stayed for 8 nights. Not only did I already paid for my stay but I had to pay $20 each night for 8 night extra just ti have him with me, even though I had wrote his name down on the paper. I found that to be a bit ridiculous because I should be able to have 1 guest for a room I already paid for in full. Even if it was just $20 extra that would of been ok by me but for each night I found that to be ridiculous. The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all besides the lovely yong lady I mentioned earlier. I will not be going to this hotel again and I already informed most of my friends that travels to Haiti.

House keepers worked hard and made the room sparkle. Surprised that the front desk was not multilingual being that hotel is situated close to the US embassy. No one spoke English or Spanish and came off rude though it might have been a language or cultural thing. Met the owner who is a charming woman however. The hotel grounds were very safe and secure. Gardens were well kept. Food was a bit overpriced and not very good. Though we enjoyed the cat coming to our table begging for food others may not. Suggest walking to local supermarket for delicious home made pizza or deli sandwich. Wi-Fi is available but only worked in the dining area or pool side.

I'm actually staying in the hotel right now. The reason I went and sumlbmitted this review is to rave about how nice these folks seem to be. I mean, this is Haiti. If only some of the folks working at the airport counters could be this nice, perhaps this alone would entice people to visit more. I don't see how I wouldn't come back and stay at this hotel. In fact I was supposed to stay for two days but switched to one so I could use my additional day so that my cousin and brother could stay the night. They charged me $20 for the additional guest. However they had to accommodate so they would get a room adjacent to mine, therefore I probably ended up getting a different room. I see a few things that could use some adjustment. However, the courtesy of the staff more than makes up for many of them. Yes! The owner is super nice!!! People like these deserve to get some business. Lol!!! While I'm typing this, the electricity was just cut off. But it came back right away. Haiti!!!! Still thumbs for Kemael!

My experience at this hotel was amazing. Coming from Miami, I give this hotel 5 stars. Everyone was very kind. And the free breakfast was awesome. The CEO of the Hotel was an angel. I came with my mom and 2 sisters, and the hotel was able to accommodate us and we felt very safe as a family. Will definetely be going back!

I can't say enough about this hotel. The service was amazing. The people were kind an gentle. The administrator was so sweet and did me the ultimate favor. I had to be in Haiti to provide water filters for Des Caye and the kind woman who was in charge understood. The room was cleaned everyday, the air and WIFI worked and most of all, the staff were kind and friendly. There as a cat there that I named Chante and even she was nice. I will be back in one month and will visit this hotel to express my sincere gratitude again.

Close to Capital Coachline station and well secured place. Has an outdoor pool and gym facilities. Rooms clean and have cable TV, air conditioning, fan. Free breakfast is offered. The hotel has a restaurant where you can buy lunch or dinner.

The AC worked, the rooms and area were spotless clean, felt secure and the best shower I've ever had in my 11 visits to Haiti (my first stay at this hotel). Food and drink service was painfully slow and the WiFi only worked in the public areas. Breakfast was delicious juice and coffee but not filling food for a busy day ahead. Comfy beds with 4 great pillows - I'll stay here again for sure.
