From the farm to the table - Jojo Restaurant is a BIG supporter of FLGL and the smart village projects in the hills of Panyol.
Our kitchen buys $10,000 worth of vegetables from the producers in Panyol and we want to keep increasing this!!
We used 1400lbs of potatoes from Panyol just for Le Burger Week Haiti alone! (Maybe that is why we won People's Choice!!)
If everyone sourced their produce nationally, imagine what a difference we could make together. We look forward to the project expanding.
