  Chalydath Restaurant is a fine new restaurant, started in Pignon, Haiti through generous gifts to Hosean International Ministries. American and Haitians worked together to build this bright and welcoming, two-story restaurant . The chef, Ernst Joseph, is well-trained and the menu offers foods and drinks of all kinds . The prices are very reasonable and this makes a great place for tourists and residents to gather. They have pizza, steaks, etc. and a great drink called the Funky Monkey, a mixture of chocolate, peanut butter, milk and caramel sauce! Great on a hot day! Love this place and highly recommend it!
