Good hotel, comfy beds. Great view of the ocean. They have an accessible private beach, but its down a long set of steps (like 3 minutes to get down and 7 to climb back up). Great staff, very helpful and hospitable. My only gripe is with the hotel restaurant witch took about an hour to bring our food out. The food was fine once it arrived but it really took time, and we were the only ones they were serving. The rooms can get a bit hot cause the ac isn't doing enough. Would recommend this hotel.

I came back here after 7 years. This used to be a nice place, but unfortunately it is getting old and you can see a lack of overall care and maintenance. Rust in the door handles, not so clean toilets, etc However, the personnel was very nice and courteous though, this is the reason for my 4 stars.

Perfect place to ignore the truth of haitian life down in the city. Anyway, upstairs or the other road from the Jacmel cemetery to the sea you will be welcome by incredible views of the rocky coastline. It's also possible to go swimming, it's not so trashy.

Fantastic view! The staff is friendly, the food is good. (Although, like many restaurants in the area, they don't always have everything on the menu).

This place is the worst hotel to spend some time, nothing is clean, the curtains have mosquitos blood and lots of mospquitos in the room to devour people, the bathroom is dirty. Most of the staff will give you attitude when talk to them. No customer service. The place is pretty outside but inside😱😱. Do not waste your money go somewhere else.

This is an excellent hotel the staff are loving the food is delicious and the beds are great. The pool didn't look very refreshing if you know what I mean so I didn't swim.

The most recommended hotel to stay in Jacmel Haiti. Friendly, kind, pittoresque, a vue/view on Jacmel Bay that will make you stay there for ever. Most importantly, thiese guys the believe in giving back to their community. They housed AETJ's members for a week free of charge, support the great cause of training, educating, pulling together community members for a better tomorrow. Bravo Cap Lamando Hotel.
