The people who work here are very unprofessional and to be honest seem to be quite incompetent. I've been calling since 10:28 AM this morning. I've been put on hold and no one gets back to me. While being on hold I heard the workers talk about unrelated matters while being vulgar. I have been calling and being hung up on many times. It's sad those are the employees working in an office where there are a lot of important documents. I am sure a lot of people want to work, but they cannot work and it is unfortunate that the workers there are not qualified to give proper customer service. They are very vulgar. It's a shame.

The office of the National Archives of Haiti located at Delmas 75 opposite Excelsior College has been providing services for many years in the country. This office is there to record any important document concerning each so-called Haitian person. Quality service.
