Other than bus, it is lot more comfortable to travel with. During summer season, the connection with capital Zagreb is lot better, as the lines are more often. The prices are fine, inexpensive. The service, and court working ladies are welcoming, willing to help you.

As a hitchhiker and backpacker this station is one of the most romantic and welcoming stations in the Balkans. It has this kind of authentic and trash appearance that every single low-budget traveler will appreciate. I stayed sleeping, very quiet every once in a while there's a train to Zagreb and you can be under a roof if its raining worth to visit ;)

The woman behind the counter was so sweet and helpful! Very nice and cheery. Ticket prices are awesome and it's much more comfortable than the bus. Hopefully the city/country can raise funds to fix up the building and improve the rail industry here.

Pretty basic train station, nothing special. It is the last and most southern stop on the train lines in Croatia.

Don't stay in hotel / hostel close to the station or you won't be able to sleep at night

Not the highest infrastructure standards. Poor or not existing connections in Dalmatia. Anyway if there is a train you can travel slow but cheap.
