Stuff is kind and nice. I like the outside of the building more but interior could be better, overall I really enjoyed staying here.

Trains taking completely different directions than which are shown on internet and you are getting those informations when you are already IN the train. Ticket bought for ride that was supposed to be 3 hours, but the new course took 5 hours Controllers very pleasant

It is an unclean spot, it has a lot of homeless people who are always there disturbing the passengers. Also, it has a little too much pickpoceters because I heard that few people get robbed in just 1 hour period of time. It has timetable but announcements are not understadable. They have markets and coffe machines to buy some ordinary stuff. Personell could be more polite. But architecture is nice.

This place is an absolute nightmare. We were supposed to depart for Split at 00:35, but the train was delayed for an hourand then another hourthree hours after our train was supposed to leave, we were told by another passenger that it never even left the station in Budapest. The idiots running this place lied to us, and didn't even bother mentioning the train wasn't coming at all.

Not many places to sit or eat inside. The ticket office is nice and new. There is a self service locker area. 3 food options inside. The rest of the place is a little dirty

Main train station in Zagreb.
Has everything a traveller might need before travelling.
Run by the Croatian Railways which is famous for being late or producing problems where there should be none. Recently they offer an online booking, but it is best to buy the tickets at the counter (as the online information is often wrong/changed without coordination)response / report this review -

My girlfriend traveling from Zagreb to Ljubljana on the 6:38pm train on 8/12 had a TERRIBLE experience. Traveling solo - and the train attendant comes in to her personal cabin closing door and curtains trying to warrant an unwanted kiss. Persistent! Luckily there were some nice people able to comfort her. Walked by multiple times to check on her "location"..
