  Most horrible experience! Beware of Vivado boat company! The boat missed our stop that we had prebooked. My wife asked politely, if we could go to the prebooked stop. The captain cursed and shouted at my wife, and when I told him we would inform his boss about his behaviour, he threw our babystroller off the boat and threatened to kill me in front of my kids.
