  We had a great time here!
  It's very close to the beach and local restaurants. The owners are very welcoming and friendly.
  Rooms are very clean and we had a great view of the sea from the balcony.

  Really nice place. A bit of a walk to the old town but the walk does take you past the marina with some stunning views so worth the work out! Really lovely staff made us feel super welcome!

  Great accommodation, all the amenities we could want including a kettle!
  
  Breakfast was excellent and served in a nice garden patio or poolside patio.
  
  3 minute drive to Diklo beach (which was our favourite Croatian swimming spot) and 12 minutes to the Zadar old town.

  Un peu loin du centre mais accès très rapide en bus (moins de 30mn mais attention à l'attente après 22h)

  Mum & i thoroughly LOVED staying at Villa Julian, the rooms were sparkling clean, the kitchenette very useful, the location good and the owners VERY helpful. We greatly appreciate the phone calls you made for us (we did not speak Croatian and the people we had to contact only spoke Croatian) and the taxi you organised for us. NOTHING was a problem. Made for a memorable holiday. Thank you
