The project started in 1989 and is constantly evolving and growing. All apartments have their own entrance and a terrace that allows you to enjoy your own privacy blended with nature and feeling of living in the open space with in front of you just beautiful Adriatic sea and the entire Kvarner bay like on the palm of your hand. One has the crystal clear view of islands Krk and Cres and the biggest coastal city - Rijeka. Close to the tourist center of Opatija and proximity to a number of small picturesque places of the Opatija Riviera as Mošćenice, Opatija, Medveja, Ika, Ičići just to satisfy those who are looking for fun and entertainment as well as those looking for tranquility, colors and scents of nature.
Each apartment is individually designed and has its own story, offering comfort with special attention for details.Air-condition, satellite TV, Internet access are integral part of the offer.

The pool incorporated into the villa will surely delight you. Swimming pool with counter-current swimming and Jacuzzi jets. Comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas will ensure that you spend your leisure time relaxed with a favorite beverage and a good book, with music you love or casual conversations with friends. All this, in synergy with nature, tranquility, greenery and attractive panoramic sea views.

For those who prefer to eat outside it is available a common terrace, which perfectly communicates with all apartments, whose pleasant shade under umbrellas or in the evening with intimate lighting with a stunning view of the sea. Also with barbecue and refrigerator for drinks and table for food consumption and drinks.

Behind the house there is a beautiful Mediterranean garden with fruit trees and covered terrace with a view to Veprinac and Nature Park Učka. For relaxation and fun there are balls, Pilates balls, badminton, ... also for the youngest guests as the part Villa Barbara there is a small park - playground where children can spend quality time playing surrounded by nature.

Within the property, it is possible to park 4-5 cars in the private parking lot at the main entrance of Villa Barbara which is illuminated at night as well the entire property.

Villa can accommodate 10 to 17 persons in total and is ideal for families, friends.
