Ich bin total begeistert von der Agentur. Sie haben tolle Unterkünfte. Das Personal ist gut informiert und hilft selbst bei privaten Problemen/ Krankheit schnell und unkompliziert. 1 Anruf hat genügt. Allein wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen. Hier machen wir wieder Urlaub.

Usluzno osoblje i izvrsna ponuda smjestajnih jedinica. Osoblje je takoder vrlo informirano o sadrzajima i dogadanjima te je dalo sve od sebe da nam upotpuni nas boravak ovdje. Ukratko sve infomacije na jednom mjestu moguce je dobiti bez puno cekanja.

Hello together, I don't know where Sebastien has been. Novalja is far away from Ulli Travel. We had booked at Ulli Travel a very nice appartment. It was perfect. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with an eating room. The living room was very comfortable and we had a loggia with a view nearly till Italy. :-) Every time when we came to Ulli travel to ask for help, for example to rent a car or to book a trip there has been friendly and helpful staff. With other things they have been responsable for our 5 stars holidays. Thanks a lot.

Worst experience in Croatia and I would dare say worst experience ever !
We rented a private accommodation in Novalja, at our arrival there was stagnant water in the kettle and the dishes were dirty.
We discovered rules I had never heard about before (otherwise I would never have booked that place) apparently you aren't allowed to have drink with a few friends even if there is no such thing as "Guest aren't allowed" written in the internal policy.
It is also written that owners can enter the accommodation to prevent a danger that didn't bothered much the owners who entered the place twice with their owns keys while we were in, because we were having drinks with a couple of friends on the terrace.
They didn't mind either we booked the entire flat and not just a room, they broke in yelling that we were not allowed to have guests and that we made too much noise.
When we ask about to two upstairs Italian girls who slammed the doors, yelled et made furniture fall on the floor pretty much every night, they said "Not possible two nice girls", hum I guess that what you are allowed to do depends whether you're Italian or a girl or both.
We also suspect them to have returned in the accommodation after we left since they didn't even took a look at it before giving us the deposit back the next day when we left for good!
Cherry on the top they were backed up by Ulli travel when I informed them of the behaviour of the owners.
Definitely the words privacy or private mean nothing to those people.
I would highly recommend to not book any accommodation EVER with this guys and if you do, don't leave anything valuable in the house while you're not there !response / report this review
