They don't care about your time. You'll probably wait 45 minutes longer than expected (job of 20 minutes - 4 tires on wheels changing (summer - winter) without balancing they predict 45 minutes, and you will wait almost 2 hours) and after that instead of apologize you will get good night stories for little kids. With their explanations they insulting your intelligence. I'm wondering if Toyota Europe knows for such a way of doing business?
