Was hired a substandard Civic; the interior was hanging down. As we set off for the day, we realised the left windscreen wiper was shredded. Do not hire a car from these people. Staff pretty helpful though, so a star added for the prompt refund, and customer service.

The car provided was clearly substandard. A very old tatty Fiat Punto. The passenger window would not open along with numerous other problems.I would not recommend this provider for any of its services. I complained when I handed the car back and the staff were completely unhelpful.
