  It is very difficult to get info about parking in Fasana BEFORE you actually get there. In the official website there is a list of the places where you have to pay, but the day before I did not manage to find out where they actually were. If you are not alone in the car the best tip is
  
  1. Agree a rendez-vous with your family. I suggest near or inside the church: easy to find, free of charge and fresh!
  
  2. Drop the family near the cemetery
  
  3. Drive away from the center and park for free (few minutes to walk back to the village center) - I made some crosses on the map
  
  4. Meet your family with transfer tickets already in their pocket or with good info/offers from the private tours (this is the only way to enjoy a swim)

  We visited the small Tourist Office that is placed in that same building as Kroko City Food. We asked about directions for a top ranked Restaurant on the Trip Advisor but the lady in the office said;
  "No no no dont go there, that is the new place, its very bad go to Kroko (next door.. same building) its owned by the same owners for decades and they have their own farm"
  
  We decided to go to Kroko City Food as suggested, but it was not very good.
  
  Later on we found out that her husband seems to own the Kroko City Food, thats why she tells all that come to the tourist office to go there, and not go to other restaurants.
  
  This is what I call corruption and gives Fazana a bad reputation.
  
  Later on we visited the place she called VERY BAD, and it was VERY good..
