Very good "cookie and cream" cake! I'm often disappointed with "cookie and cream" things that aren't made with Oreo, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one! I appreciated that they bring you a glass of water even without asking for it.

If You are in for something sweet this is a place te be! Great choice of ice cream, cookies, cakes, brownies Prices are ok, location is excellent, staff is kind. Caffe is crowded most of the time, especially in the summer. Hot (brownie) & cold (ice cream) combination is my favourite!

I like the best brownie with vanilla ice-cream! It tend to be crowded and rather loud inside during wintertime. So, not the best place if you want just enjoy and relax after a busy day. But it's perfect if you need a quality sugar kick!

We were there two times and on both occasions we had "Brownie a la mode". Absolutely perfect sweet! It is a must! It is freshly prepared, perfect, brownie with a ball of ice cream of your choice, and a glass of water (I love it!). People are very kind and service is fast! Place has tables outside, outside covered, and inside. Decoration inside is charmig and warm with a lot of recipe scribbles. WC is in good condition.

Nice cakes, good service, pleasant ambience and music. Pity they have only full milk, no lactose free or soy milk for coffee available. Thats why only 4 stars.

Fantastic fudge cookie ice cream sandwich! It was so big they served it in a bowl. Even though it was busy the service was prompt and the atmosphere is great.

I have been here multiple times and I'm in Love. ^^ :) Eatin' and Feelin'! The whole cafe, those wonderful people are bakin' it away and away and they gonna make your day. I don't even have the words to say how good it is for your mood. The best cafe I have ever been to, the very best thing that I've felt in my Life until now. Definitely the best in the magnificent city of Zagreb; the city of freedom and this can be felt in the SeXy atmosphere and VibeZ of the cookie factory cafe. Deserts est Dei donum and the Soul Revealing cakes of the cafe are just Heart&Body fulfilling. This whole place should be under cultural protection; that how great and special it honestly is. Tasty Social phenomena. It's sweet, like the cookie factory sweet, with lust, let's just, meet&meet, feel the beat, overwhelmed with the desserts. So, just go to the cookie factory and have the Night of your Life, the Dance of your Life, the meal of your Life. :) ^^

So so. Tried the cranberry pie, the doe was good in teksture but bland in taste and the cranberries were old. Although, my girlfriend tried the ice cream and brownies combo and she loved it. So

Not sure what everyone means by an "American style dessert" but as an American, I guess I'm kind of bummed because I didn't think the cookies here were very good and I think that a good chocolate chip cookie is one of the highlights of life. We tried their regular chocolate chip cookie and the smores cookie. They were both too heavy and tasted like they used shortening instead of butter for the dough. Also they seemed to use too much sugar and not enough salt to balance out the sugar (yes, you need salt in every baked good otherwise the baked good comes out tasting too sugary and flat). Maybe the brownie is the thing to get but I won't really know since I don't think I'll be going back.

Don't listen to Hyun Won, this ice cream is not to creamy, it's amazing. Paired with the brownie of your choice (I chose fudge because it's a classic and I knew I'd be back to try something new), it's fresh and creamy and a delight. Do yourself a favor, and visit.

The brownie and ice cream combo is great. The ice cream can be a bit too creamy, but the fudge brownie is perfect when topped with vanilla ice cream. The staff is friendly and fluent in English.

Nice and charming place. Chocolate cake is too sweet and has too much margarine. Brownie with ice cream recommended.
