The service is really good. The people working there are Nice, polite and helpful with answering all questions and communicative. BUT their website is bad and lacks info. Also it's very misleading. Once you apply you'll be told to bring all of your documents printed to your appointment after you uploaded it. We brought the documents and they said we don't need to. So if you book self upload DON'T spend money on printing in color coz they WON'T even look at it. Also there is no interview. All they do is take your biometrics and fingerprints. It was misleading and disappointing. But that's just TLS the way it goes.

Terrible! Never again! We ordered and paid a service named "Keep my passport". When we came to provide a biometric data they couldn't return passport immediately because of their technical problems. TLS collected a passport and promised to return it via DHL in 3 days. But they didn't do it! Their hot lines in Turkey doesn't answer. We have urgent question because our next trip is almost canceled but there is no way to get support and return your document. Stay away from this service provider!

PROFESSIONAL, VERY KIND AND PERSONABLE STAFF.

Jelena and Vedran were absolutely incredible. They were so friendly and kind, so professional, efficient and so understanding. Absolutely amazing experience. Probably one of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Really great staff! Vedran and Jelena were extremely patient and helpful, highest compliments.

The VFS system has no communication channels (which is not user friendly and makes everyone's lives difficult) but the staff here are honestly amazing.
