A very special part of the green Split. Provides peace under pines and cypresses, sunsets are worth the admiration, excellent views of the city of Split and its sea to the east, south and west. A place for your immersion in yourself. A most romantic place at night.

Quiet park with great view on the water+islands as well as a great view of Split. Loads of shade available! Park could use some cleaning up, leaves everywhere.

Staro Splitsko Groblje je bio Sustipan. Kad više nije bilo mjesta, onda su posmrtne ostatke prebacili na današnji Lovrinac. Naravno, samo one koji su to htjeli i čiji potomci su imali novca za daljnje plaćanje. Sustipan je suprotnost od Katalinića Briga. Oba su visoka brdašca koja čuvaju morsku valu gdje je Dioklecijan stanovao 305. godine.

One of the not to miss sights for all our nature loving visitors to Split, apart from the so called “green lungs of the city” park Marjan – the biggest natural polygon for outdoor sport activities, is definitely park Sustipan.
