  Incredibly rude staff, shouted and yelled at us when they added extra 10kn onto the cost of our drinks (menu said 40, the bill came with 50 each) and charged for sauces but didn't say that anywhere in the menu. The food itself was badly cooked and the bun of the burgers fell apart and chips were overcooked. I'd be happy if I never went there again!

  The owner is the rudest person i have ever seen in a hotel she does not speek english and yells to the customers. Last night i checked in in the hotel and wanted to eat something. I ordered meat. The waitress brought something else instead so i tried to explain her that it is possible we misunderstood eachother and if i could order something else. The owner came and said that if the waitress has ordered it right she doesnt make anything else end of discussion! This is not the way you talk with customers. Hope the other tourists are helped bether than me.

  Receptionist is very unpleasant and rude and doesn't seem to be interested in their guests.

  Extraordinary place. We spent the most time on the hotels beach, good food, aboundant breakfast. We recomande hotel Sunce.
