  Absolute rip off. Paid HK660 kuna for 2 person trip to Krka Park. Arrived 10 minutes early. Wait outside office for others. Taken by employee to Split Promanade to mini bus. Lost 2 Japanese girls along the way. Bus leaves at 10.25 a.m. Non English speaking driver. Gets lost half way a little detour of a ships port en route. Arrived at Krkk and waited outside for driver to collect tickets. Some 30 minutes pass no tickets, no information. Could see problems discussed with pay window. No instructions from driver except "BUS 4 OCLOCK" He pointed his finger in direction of ferry.
  
  Due to all the delays we missed our crossing time and waited for 90 minutes standing in a queue. No explanations from Krkk staff or tour agent.
  
  Arrive on island, no guide, no leaflets, books or audio. Very poor signage of route which at the start of the walk is hardly helpful once past that point.
  
  Spent 30 minutes at waterfall and due to the number of people on the island it would be very unwise to wait for the 3.30 boat which would be full. We returned at 2.30 which meant only 45 minutes on the island.
  
  I returned to complain to the agent the following day to be told I had got myself on the wrong tour. Regardless of my copy invoice saying Krkk tour. Every excuse under the sun even to the point of being accused of being UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
  
  After some 30 minutes of paper shuffelling and excuses, I was informed it would be looked into that day, a refund would be forthcoming and I would receive a follow up email to confirm.
  
  As you can imagine none of this every happened. This outfit is absolutely the pits, don't waste your hard earned money and stress for nothing.

  We went to Mostar and Medugorje with Hrvoje from South Tours. Hrvoje was an excellent tour guide, informative and gave historical background to the towns. The guide was very friendly, helpful and fun. The tour was well organised, and we started and finished according to schedule. In Mostar we had plenty of free time to explore independently. The day was interesting and enjoyable.
  
  We also went to the Plitvice Lakes national park with Hrvoje who was again an excellent tour guide, with an accommodating and flexible approach. The tour was well directed with clear information about the route to be taken around the lakes. The route was extensive and we saw a lot given it was a one day excursion. Plitvice lakes are absolutely amazing and we had a really memorable day.

  Your is too short. For 50 dollars at least stay at kraka lakes until 6pm. Had to rush back to bus. Very nice of them to drop us at airport though.

  We booked the 5-islands tour and received extremely poor customer service. We had originally wanted to book the 3-island tour but were assured by the staff member we spoke to it was better to go for the 5-island tour as snorkelling, swimming, the caves and lunch were included. Despite being more expensive than others we had looked at, we decided the extras made it worthwhile. The tour guide showed up late, proper snorkelling gear was not provided, the caves were closed and lunch was not included- instead the only place we stopped for lunch was not cheap and added further expense to an already pricey trip. Due to the hassle at the start of the day, and the fact we were told to go on a different boat to the rest of the group, we assumed there had been a genuine mix-up and decided to speak to the tour operator when we returned. The customer service we received was appalling. After we explained what had happened we were accused of lying before being told there was nothing he could do for us except give us the generic email address to speak to the manager. Save your money, shop around and book elsewhere!

  Bought excursion to Dubrovnik one month ago and was suprised with great organization of the trip. Excelent guide who managed to take me and my group trough old town of Dubrovnik. He showed us all best spots and even gave us advice where to eat to save some money. Compliments to southtours agancy specialy to owner Sandra who recomended me this trip. Thanks.
