Amazing sushi, very fresh fish. Our waiter, Igor, was the best! His English is perfect, he was very accommodating and he was checking in on us to make sure our experience was enjoyable. Perfect dinner! Thanks Igor!

Read all the superb reviews about this Japanese restaurant and decided to check it out. Wow, I can now attest to others' comments, this is definitely the best Japanese restaurant I have tried in Europe. We called up at 6ish to make a reservation and was told that booking was full for the whole night. Glad that we took the chance anyway and arrived at about 10pm, we got seated immediately. Waiters were attentive and friendly. Food was amazing! Best takoyaki i have had in my life 🤤 I can just imagine the taste as I type this! The assorted sashimi was very fresh and fairly priced. We also ordered the mixed nigiri, recommended if u wanna try a bit of everything. Then we ordered a second round of almost the same dishes. It was that good. Oh DO NOT FORGET the yuzu sorbet, very refreshing. Definitely recommended!

I'm from Vancouver Canada, a city that is famed for its top quality (and ridiculous quantity of) sushi restaurants. I felt sick and decided to get some sushi, which is home style for me, and was exceptionally served. The staff is remarkably friendly, which is a bit unexpected for Dubrovnik - and the Japanese owners always make sure to peak out of the kitchen with a warm, polite and inviting wave or smile. I feel like my review sounds like Im being paid for it 😂 but I only comment on a service if it is exceptional - in an either positive or negative context.
Thank you Shizuku! Will most definitely be back, again and again 😊

Cheap and good food! I had a BIG meal and it only costed 136 kunas. (If I only had sushi, it would have been about 80 kunas.) And the food was satisfying. The ambience was also very good. Service was alright(One of the servers was just ok, the other one who served me was nice.) Recommendation!
+one small suggestion for the restaurant would be that I thought fried shrimps would taste better if they were less greasy. But it was good anyways:)

Absolutely fantastic sushi, gyoza and miso soup! Their sushi is high quality and one of the best I've had outside of Japan. The service was also excellent! Lovely, friendly people. Thanks for a great meal!

Stumbled on this restaurant when we explored the town. Food was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Portion sizes were good and the cocktails were also very nice.

Great Sushi restaurant. Went there for an early dinner and were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. Booking is recommended as it seemed they were fully booked after 7:30pm (on a Thursday night).

The food was amazing. We are vegetarian and there were enough options to fill up our bellies. Of course plenty more options for non-veg. Great selection of drinks and cocktails. Highly recommend this place. The signage outside the restaurant is not very clear, but trust Google maps, the location is correct.

Really great Japanese food. One of the best I've ever had. I was concerned that I could go with expectation too high, but yes, it is that good. Reservation is almost required, specially during weekends. The price is very reasonable, great value for money.

This is one of the BEST JAPANESE RESTAURANTS I have been in. The owners are a Japanese couple of Chefs. Book now! Loved it!!! Excellent service too with great knowledge of ingredients, wine selection and portions. I would go there every night if I could!

They have sent us off several times when we came for something sweet saying they do not have enough place even though the cook was siting not doing anything and guests that have made reservations would be coming in an hour.

Hands down the best sushi I have ever had and all for a really affordable price. I would highly recommend the tuna and spicy salmon in particular! The staff were fantastic, it had been a long time since I have met staff who are so passionate about food! This is a must go if you are in Dubrovnik.

Simply amazing. The sushi is a fresh and made well. The table next to us were Japanese and went to complement the cook. The staff went above and beyond with their service. All were friendly and attentive. Best of all the price/quality/quantity ratio was spot on. Really good value for money. One of Dubrovnik's cheaper yet best eats.
