  War im August 1 Woche in Povlja, kann das Restaurant eigentlich nur empfehlen, Essen und Preis war gut die Bedienung etwas überfordert weil Sie alleine war (nicht Ihre Schuld). Hat aber trotzdem alles gepasst. Die Muscheln werden frisch aus dem Wasser geholt und zubereitet und auch alles andere ohne etwas zum aussetzen. Ab 19:00 wird es langsam voll vl. sollte man reservieren. Es gibt auch Kinderhochstuhl.

  Nous avons dîné 2 fois dans ce restaurant avec des pizzas et des pâtes très honorables. Salade de calamar fraîche. Je recommande.

  Very good food and friendly service. Some of the ordered food was forgotten to be served at all and some was only long after the other orders of the same table were served. But definitely worst the waiting.

  We have just spent an idyllic week in Povlja swimming and relaxing. We ate dinner five nights in Stara Uljara ("the old olive oil press") and thoroughly enjoyed their various fish and meat dishes. We can recommend everything we tried - fried anchovies, salt anchovies, mussels, calamari parisienne, white fish, lamb and veal - there are many other dishes that looked good.
  Stara Uljara also has excellent, fully furnished apartments to let.
  The young owner, Alan and his father were most charming, helpful and informative. Alan also took us out in his motor boat to a nearby bay.
