Few years ago I was with my sweetheart in Vegas visiting famous Gordon Ramsey's The Steak House (at hotel Paris). The food was great, marvelous, but with few days ago experience at "Alka" restaurant in the heart of Trogir, all I can say, that was the best food I ever had tasted, including the service! So cheers, and looking forward tasting all that food anytime soon!

Great restaurant , music was the best. Food is made with passion and love!!! The owner Ante, is such a great host who knows his bussines sooo well!! Restaurant ALKA is MUST if you are in Trogir 💞

Great find - had lunch there today. Our waiter was friendly and efficient! Food portions were great value! Total of approx. 300HRK for three very satisfying meals! My husband had a half kilo bowl of mussels to start, followed by a generous portion of grouper; I had the grilled red peppers with cheese to start and grilled chicken with delicious julienned vegetables; and my friend had Dalmatian smoked ham to start followed by a juicy pork cutlet with fries and side salad. Would absolutely recommend!

Food was good but rude staff making bad jokes and sighing when we asked questions about the menu. Staff sighing while asking if the shrimps are peeled or not and annoyed when we asked to move table because the neighbors where smoking cigarettes after cigarettes, since we were sitting with a pregnant person. After making bad jokes while serving each course, finally bring the bill to the female person of the table saying "this is for the minister of finance..". Overall good food but not cheap, however, service need to be seriously improved for this price.

They turned me away because I was a single female travel and refused to serve me. The restaurant was busy but they were seating a number of couples without reservation after me.

We liked this one a lot. We had lunch and it was hot in the garden. The food was great. The waiter was friendly and passionate and they were flexible for the kids. Surprisingly, not expensive (after having been captive by charter boat on various islands). I would recommend. It was also quiet and relaxing. They have a decent Croation wine list, we have the Stina Posip with some fish. All good.

Beautiful restaurant with a great menu! Friendly staff and good prices. I tried a dalmatian course - big portion and good tastebut it didn't look nice on the plate. My boyfriend ordered filled octupus ans was very satisfied.

Antony and his staff took great care of our 14 people sailing group. Fantastic food, good wine and. Super friendly staff. Best restaurant in Trogir.

Excellent food. Beefsteak "superior" is a recommendation if you like a good steak. Nice quiet garden. Our waiter was modest and correct.

Great place. We were in the terrace, not in the garden, and it was just lovely. Great place for a quite romantic dinner. Great service, delicious food and nice wines. 100% recommended!
