Nice Place nice rooms. Nice view. Everything fine But.The room cleaning Service is an absolutely no go. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Balcony not cleaned at all.When you loose a Room Card you have to Pay.

We stayed here for two weeks, one week into our holiday here and I am so sad to say after a lovely week so far that we had wished we had taken one of the previous reviews more seriously when they said they had found missing money from their locked safe.
We are staying in room 277 and at the beginning of last week booked a trip to Venice for tomorrow!! So like you do on holiday we have budgeted for the trips you plan and put aside the money for the trip as is was 1100 kunas.
We left the money in a little blue resort wallet to pay tomorrow before we go on the trip locked in the safe along with 300 English money and some jewellery.
Getting organised for our trip tomorrow with passports and money, I noticed that there did not seem to be as much in the pile set aside in the little blue wallet, so counted it to check to find 400 kuna was missing. All our English money and jewellery were still there.
We went to reception to ask to speak to manager, not available and all the lady at the desk could say is no one has access to it only us ???
We phoned jet 2 and spoke to the Rep I was was upset at the poor response and help from the reception staff.
We are currently reporting it to the police to investigate as I am 100% sure how much there was in the safe and that it's been locked everyday when we have been out.
The English money was untouched as was the jewellery. Only 400 of our trip money missing (very strange, if you ask me)
Clearly there is a thief at the hotel who can access the safes and I ask everyone reading this to please be cautious about using the safe.
I wished we had taken the previous review more seriously.
I was very upset at reception crying because I felt as though it had spoilt the rest of my holiday here. Staff (Anita) at the hotel did not seem bothered or sympathetic to the situation and treat us like this could not have happened. WELL IT DID.fantastic customer service NOT!!!
Just as an update from this we had a meeting with the hotel manager who said she would fully investigate this matter. As a good will gesture they paid for one of us to go to Venice before we came home.
The hotel had good sea views, but rooms standard 3* not 4*.
No double beds, all single

Nice hotel. Good selection of food. Pool ls smaller than appers in the brochure. Pool opens at 9am with a lot of pushing and shoving. All sunbeds gone by 9.15am!

The resort is wonderful, everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi worked very well. Apartments very spacious. I recommend it to families with children, because there is no traffic and kids can safely run and cycle. Very good restaurant but I suggest you to go to breakfast early, as well as for dinner so you will avoid the large rush. In Vrsar you can find good restaurants and better ice cream (we ate it twice a day).

Very good resort for families with kids, few minutes from old town Vrsar, with pool in the resort and kids club, there are also kids pool. All apartments have parking places and sea view, beach is concrete with trees on the beach edge which make shades. On the beach are showers with drinkable water. There are also pebble beach.

Hi, I had a perfect massage- Thai Traditional from the girl " WASSANA " on the beach, wonderful !!! My sister Chris and my girlfriend Maria had also massage and like it very much too !
