Katastrofa neprofesionalnost na vrhuncu sramota . Prije tjedan dana zovem da vidim ima li mjesta da zakažem termin za magnetnu rezonancu donjeg dijela leđa . Odgovore mi da je uređaj na servisu i da se javim kroz par dana da vidim im li mjesta. Tako napravim i za par dana prvo pošaljem mail (na koji minnisu odgovorili narvno) pa kad vidim da nema odgovora ja ih nazovem jučer i pitam gospođicu petru brekalo ima li mjesta da dođem se rezervirati . I ja lipo nakon posla nisam niti ručao odem autom do poliklinike koj je udaljena 50 km . Kada sam došao n šalter gospođa petra mi kaže da oni više ne primaju rezervacije preko uputnice i da će nove primati tek iza nove godine . I ja je pitam jeli mi to mogla reći preko telefon kada sam je jutros zvao ona mene gleda kao da sam luđak . Sramota došlo mi je da je pljunem u facu . Osoblje se ponaša ko da su bogovi a mi stok sitnog zuba .

On Friday Afternoon 15th Sept ,During the check up in the MRI (Magnetic resonance Imaging)My mother (76 years old)stay 15minutes in the machine and during this time someone has stolen 2600Kuna (350Euros) in her hand bag ,when she complained to the guy who is in charge of her he just shown her the door to go outside.(amazing!!)
But otherwise the Doctor was really empathic and professional

Had to visit here for MRIs, I am coming from the USA, the prices here were quite reasonable and the staff sought to be very helpful and lovely. I am quite impressed and lucky to find this place where English is not a native language here. Thank you to the whole staff, everyone I talked to was helpful, honest and great!
