Creative delicious food, competent and charming waiting staff beautiful rooms. Oh and a wine list with Domaine Ott and Cloudy Bay. How good can it get!

A really beautiful evening. We had no idea about the restaurant, only that it had been recommended by a nearby shopkeeper earlier in the day. The food was exquisite, the service was second to none! And comparing the cost to similar experiences in the UK, the value is very good too.
If you're looking for a very special meal in Sibenik, and don't mind the cost then there is nothing better than Pelegrini.response / report this review -

This is truly one of the best lunches I have ever had. We chose the 5 course lunch and each dish was spectacular. I would highly recommemd this restaurant to any friends visiting

This place is full of attitude, so in my opinion, avoid it at all cost. We made a booking for 2pm two weeks in advance, and our boat tour in Krka finished later than scheduled so we called around 2:15 to see if we can order food as we understand the kitchen closes at 2:30 and the restaurant closes at 3pm. To our surprise the restaurant simply said that's impossible and asked us not to bother to come. We arrived at 2:36 and were told "rules are rules". And the waiter was so rude and told us "go ahead write down my name MATTI in your good review". It just stinks at this point. When we arrived there were still empty tables and one table was just being presented with silvers and water - so it's clearly an attitude issue. No matter how good the food is, it's just not worth it. We may have missed some wonderful food as other reviews here suggested but we are glad that we did the boat tour and enjoyed Croatia's natural beauty. In my humble opinion, service is as important as the quality of the food for any restaurants which are not places to tell customers "rules are rules". In this sense I think Pelegrini deserves zero star. Maybe it's just a bad day for the crew in the house - in that case bad luck for the restaurant owner. Lol.

How could food taste this good!!?? It was incredible. One of the top few meals of my life and I've had a lot. I had the 6 courses and chose my own. Each one was extraordinary! And the service was excellent with the sweetest, nicest, most attentive staff. One of the best views in town too.

By far and away the best restaurant in Sibenik. We went here for an anniversary dinner and the staff made an extra special effort. This is close to being a Michelin dining experience - definitely a must visit in Sibenik.

We had the 5-course meal and it was fabulous. Handmade drinks at the table (opted for gin & tonic flight). Synchronized offering of food to all seated at the table, every detail covered. Very attentive staff. Expensive as it should be for food and service of this quality. Recommend a reservation.

One of my favourite spots in Croatia, it's a must visit whenever I'm in the area. Awesome food and wine, the service is exceptional and the staff know their stuff. Very reasonably priced too. I'd recommend a long leisurely lunch from the tasting menu if you've got a little time in the diary. GO!
