Excellent, very clean and relaxing, Food choice and quality very good. Facilities to suit all age's
Went here for a message due to our hotel not having availability. Great Staff. Nice facilities.
Great hotel overall!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even after checkout we could use the hotels towels and showers, pool etc because our flight was so late in the evening. The rooms were clean and the beds were amazing. Perfect stay for a weekend or longer.
The breakfast and dinner buffeet were both prizeworthy and there was something for everyone. Maybe not the best hotel for children but more suited for couples, young and old.
Thanks for a great stay!
Very comfortable beds, clean air conditioned rooms. We had one of the superior rooms with balcony. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
This hotel is spotless clean fresh, friendly and beautiful views. Family friendly with plenty to see and do. We saw 4 dolfins jumping in the sun set from the beach 100m walk from the hotel. The food is what you pay for. A range of quality to how much you spend. The buffet with the half board was very good. Beautiful presentation of food and hotel. 22/8/2017
Nice trendy place with great choice of food on half board. Two disadvantages rooms quite small and check out too early at 10am
Excellent hotel and service. Upgraded us to a corner suite
From the outside it looks very beautiful.
Super
Great hotel at 115€ a night with breakfast and dinner for 2. Super quality for the price.
It's a real shame I'm having to write this negative review because everything else about this hotel was great during my stay - lovely pool, very clean etc.
However I've experienced very poor customer service since returning home and trying to communicate with them. On arrival, I had lunch (the tuna bean salad) as I was starving after a long day travelling. Within half an hour of eating it I had severe stomach pain and then became very unwell for the duration of my 3 day stay. I told management who gave us a free lunch. However after returning home, I was ill for another two and a half weeks. Being freelance, it meant I wasn't able to work. I got in touch with the hotel via email who asked me to provide a doctors note, which I did (and paid £20 for). There's been a lot of back and forth - I've had to keep chasing them as they haven't replied to a lot of my emails which was very frustrating. Their response has been that they've never had a case of food poisoning before and have indicated that they don't believe I got ill from their food. They've now stopped replying to my emails.
I've worked in hospitality and food for over 5 years and from my experience, if someone flags being ill from your food, you do everything you can to appease them and leave them contented.
Don't eat the food here!!!
