Dijagnostika? Ta institucija nema nikakvog kredibiliteta te kvaliteta usluge je katastrofalna. Sramota je sto se takva institucija naziva bolnicom. To je ustanova koja apslutno ne mari za pacijente, osoblje se ponasa prema starijim pacijentima (pogotovo onima koji su u kriticnom stanju) gore nego prema zivotinjama. Ostavljaju ih bez tekucine, hrane, ne mijenjaju im katetre i vrecice, vezani su 24 sata dnevno samo da se sestre ne trebaju malo pobrinuti za njih jer i onaku znaju da im preostaje samo malo zivota. SRAM VAS BILO OB PULA!!! Dali se starijeg, prestrasenog pacjenta na SAMRTI treba drzati vezanoga 24 sata na dan 10 dana za redom? Dali kao ona place ponoci da joj se doda vode to treba ignorirati? Dali se treba takva osoba sopati sa tabletama za smirenje tako da postane katatonicna i da se nebi zalila sto je vezana 24 sata na dan? OB Pula ne lijeci, oni UBIJAJU svojim ne znanjem i nebrigom. Opca Bolnica Pula nema kvalificiranog kadra. Doktori ne znaju sta bi sa pacijentima koji su ionako prestraseni a kad dodju u ustanovu koja je izgradjena 1860th i koja izgleda kao iz najgorih horor filmovima. OB Pula je sramota za Grad Pulu i Istrasku Zupaniju! Izgradnja nove zgrade na zalost nece poboljstati kvalitetu usluga, nece rijesiti apatiju osoblja te neve rijesiti nekompetentnost medicinskog osoblja.

ZERO STARS! This is the worst health (if one can call it this way) institution in the Republic of Croatia. Unprofessional, uninterested, uneducated staff, where they still use ancient methods of treating the elderly such as lacing up their arms and legs when they are dying! Can you imagine? Not even giving them a sip of water other than one hour a day when the family is there. I spent 10 days of hell while my dearest person was lying in that hospital. I can only wish the uninterested administrators, impudent nurses and incompetent doctors live a long life so that they too can experience the "magic" of this institution. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE STAY AWAY!

Sa posebnim zadovoljstvom pohvaljujem sve djelatnike, posebno tehničke i gospodina Dr. Tomislava Pehardu, medicinske sestre te radnu terapijutinju Ivanu što su mi pružali vrhunsku medicinsku skrb makar sam boravio samo jedan dan u bolnici.
Još jednom pohvaljujem sve osoblje što su mi pružiti ugodan boravak.

Nemocnica na pohľad strašná,ale personál na detskej pediatrii bol úplne v poriadku. Malá rada pre rodičov. Pri vstupe do výťahu stlačte tlačidlo ME a keď vystúpite máte detské oddelenie po pravej strane.

When we arrived, the nurse came to us and was super friendly.The wait is normal!!!!!!
The young doctor took a lot of time, explained everything in detail and calm the little one down and gave her a lot of patience.
People need to step down a little, they're just humans, not superheros.
A big Thanks to the ENT staff (Ear-Nose-Throat) for the great work, I hope we never see us again, but it calms me to know a save place to go ! ❤❤❤❤ thanks form the bottom of my heart! !response / report this review -

One of the worst experiences of my life! I went with a group of scouts to Croatia and one had hurts himself. When we got there the staff at the reception were on their phones and made little eye contact. They explained very little to us despite us hearing them speaking English to other tourists. We were asked to pay a fee for participation. When we challenge them and simply asked asked what it meant, they were very rude again. We then were told an ambulance would come and collect us which was very confusing! After an hour, we were still in the waiting room and so I went to the front desk. She said 'why are you waiting' I said because you told us to. She said I should listen when people speak to you. I explained no one had told us to go anywhere and she argued back and said they did. Some of the rudest people I have ever come across! To top it off a local in the waiting area laid into me at one point to say how there youth of Britain ruin everything and that one Croatia people don't talk much so essentially I should shut up and not play eye spy to cheer my scout up! Charming people
