Went there with friends last weekend. Big suprise for us, since we didn' t expect spa, great food, cool people and party at one place. The best thing is that you can leave your car at the garage and forget about it until you go home. We stayed at a big Apartement, nice funiture, great sea view and very clean rooms. Food was various so we could all find things we love to eat. Great expirience but too short, will have to come back again!

Great long weekend at Novi Spa Hotels and Resort. Just an hour and a half driving from Zagreb, stayed there for four daysWe didn't have any need to go outside resort, real retreat for body and soul. The best spa I have ever been, relaxing massages, great food. The staff is very professional, rooms are big and tidy. This will be my favourite summer destination. Thank yoy, Novi Spa Hotels and Resort! :-)

Beautiful modern hotel, wonderful surrounding, friendly and helpful staff.. Spacious Junior suite with big terrace and amazing view!. I will come again for sure.

Love this place. Been there with friends who have children. Children were very happy in Kid'S Town, very cool place made just for children. Also they have animation for them, so me and my friends could have fun in beautiful spa. Love the food there, especially cakes. My friends were in appartment and my and my wife stayed in room. The room is spacious and tidy. Looking forward to come back again.

The best resort in Croatia. Been there few times, with family and friends. Most beautiful spa and very kind and professional stuff. Food was delicious. Roms are comfortable and clean. The view is absolutley amazing.

Really nice resort with amazing view, delicious food and friendly staff. After the season spa is free of charge, Which is also Nice. I highly recommend this place!

Pleasant atmosphere, nice personnel. Downsides: outdated rooms, old 90s box tvs, some rooms air-conditioning smells, random broken stuff in rooms (drawers, chairs, towel holders,..) Overall not so good price/quality ratio.

We was there 5 times, first time at the opening in 2009. After fourth time (3 years ago) we were very disappointed and we said we will never come again, but after they've changed the management last year we decided to give one more chance to this hotel and now we are disappointed more than ever. The new Italian management (persons that walk around in suits making image of important figures) who is so arrogant and badly educated they really don't deserve to be in this place disturbing the picture of Croatian hospitality.
A hotel room with destroyed chairs, dirty tables, only 10 tv programs, the cheapest toilet paper,shower gels and soaps.
SPA-center with the swimming pools basement so rough that caused a wounds on my and my child's feets.
Restaurant and caffè -bar that offer you just a sandwiches and have a certain beverage choice.
The whole complex is really amazing but unfortunately it's so abandoned.
They trying to save a money on every single thing and because of that this hotel is all what one 5 stars hotel should not be.
I'm the one that because of work yearly sleeps more than 150 nights in the hotels and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.response / report this review -

Positives:
- Nice location and architecture of the resort.
- Dinners were very good,
- clean see
Negatives:
- The building of resort is still not finnished, it has lot of building deffects,
- not good for babies, it was almost imposible reach the resort beach with baby wagon, because of unfinnished road
- weak management of the hotel
- there was no beach bar, shovers in the beach
- missing shops
- parking in hotel for 10 euro per day

It is the worst hotel I have ever been. No service at all. All inclusive very limited. Even no water for kids on playground. Most bars are not in all inclusive offer so you have to pay 24 kuna for small beer. No animation for kids and adults. Kids buggy to rent for 20€per day. It is a joke for family friendly hotel. Food is very poor. Apartments are not clean. Beetween 2 pm and 7 pm no food at all. Snakc at 5pm it is just cake and finish after 10 min. All week we felt here like an alien. Hotel employee are not friendly. I regret beeing there with my family.

We spent the night at the resort, not in a hotel. It was April and I hated it because the room was freezing cold, no toilet paper, no extra towels and full of spider webs. Oh, and the food was appalling. You enter the spacious grand lobby, only to be situated in separate buildings that are quite ugly, not cozy at all.

Room in apartment doesn't have heating. Water is cold, and food is really bad. Caddy cars don't come on time to pick you up. I don't recomend this hotel.
