  It's called "the Touch" / "Dodir", erected in 1989, author Ivan Briski. Nothing to do with Nessie.

  Ovaj neuobičajeni spomenik je neizostavna veduta ovog dijela grada, nadomak Parka Maksimir i Stadiona GNK Dinama.
