Service went good and quick. You can pay by card. Free, very schematic Ugljan island map is included for free. But some of bikes are not in good shape. Carefull, bikes do not have air pumps or additional tire - it can be problem, if you plan to tour the island. Clarify it at the rent agency or do not forget to take one (26 mtb, 28 trek).

Watch out the male emplyee will deflate your car tyres if you hsppen to park in what he considers his parking spot just outside this facility. He did it to us while we were accessing the internet and according to the licals it happens often! BEWARE!

We rented three bikes from this location. Our intent was to ride our bikes throughout the island and swim at the beaches. After about a couple of km's we noticed that one of our back tires was flat. Luckily we found a Slovakian couple that had an air pump we could use to get us to ugljan, where again our tire was flat. Along the way we had three of our chains fall off. Once we got to Ugljan we found information services and called back to the agency we rented from and they luckily sent a taxi. The taxi was for only one person so the additional two riders were expected to ride back to preko even after having issues with our chains. The taxi was courteous enough to allow us all to ride together back to preko even though the bike company only allowed one. When we finally got back to the rental agency the man waiting for us did not care when we explained to him what was wrong with the bikes. When we asked the agency attendant for a price break because we did not use our allotted time and they refused. This experience was disappointing. We saw three people arrive back at the rental agency with flat tires and they all left disappointed as well.
In response to Filip: We did not take the bikes offered because we were only visiting the island for the day and didn't have time before the last ferry arrived. Had we not been stranded roadside for a couple of hours and had the bikes been maintained and in good repair, our time would have been well spent and we could have actually toured the island.response / report this review -
