  We have relatives in Croatia and we go to visit them at least once in a year and we extend there for a holiday. We are using M.A.C.K.'s services now for fully 4 years, after we had inconvenient situation with worldwide known brand, not worth mentioning. Usually we start in Zagreb and all way to Dubrovnik. Excelent service, helpful and reliable stuff in each office. Great cars! See you soon again.

  I have rented many cars with different rental companies in several countries for work and private, but this is one of the best experiences I had so far. Starting from begining, this was private trip for our vacation. We made our reservation on time, with another rental company and as they were overbooked, we had to make another one. Not to mention how stressfull situation was when you thought you have sorted and planed your holiday and situation like this happens. As we got advice from a person who was at desk this things might happen, more over with worldwide companies. You may think you will get better option, better car or better standard, this was definitely not the case.
  We were really stressed about situation and we started looking up to make a new reservation, on google maps we saw M.A.C.K.'s reviews and offices which made us more comfortable and secure at that point.
  No, it was much better! We had a plan to go from Zagreb up to Plitvice lakes, Zadar, Split and drop off car in Dubrovnik. It was like a last minute reservation and everyting started sorting out so quick and relaxing. Not only staff in every office is helpful, with all information we asked, but we got additional driver without any charge! Everything went so smoothly.
  Once again, many thanks to all your stuff for being so helpful and made our trip unforgetatable. We will for sure come in your wonderful country and definitely make a booking with you. If there were 6 stars, you would get them!

  Great car rental! It's hard to find car rentals with great reputation because more people write after having a bad experience than after they've smoothly picked up the car and returned it. The people at Mack were friendly, professional and fast at pick up in Split Airport, we got a brand new car and dropped it off 6 days later, which took only 10 minutes! They let us use their wifi and even phoned our connecting shuttle to make sure he was on his way. Great experience!

  Everything goes smoothly during the entire process as well as all details are clearly addressed. The service office is right next to the main square, which can be very handy. Most importantly, the manager provides fantastic service with her thoughtful assistance and also professional attitude. It is recommended very much when you are in Croatia.

  Very satisfied customer ! Quick and professional handling . Fair prices , had a good car . Upon return the employee in the split airport office was also very friendly and did not mind for the empty water bottles I was rushing to get out . He said : We'll clean the car , no problem , have a nice flight home! . Well ,this made my holiday complete . Thanks again M.A.C.K Car rental !

  Absolutely professional and friendly staff! Very nice cars for great price! I had experience in Croatia with few more rent a car companies, but this one is far the best. I recommend it to all people who want to hire a car in Croatia. You even get a free refreshment like water or some other cold juice! If you are in Croatia and you looking for car, don't look further, this is right place!!
