They are so great! Me and my friends went on our vacation, staff was ready to help us to any question. Great welcome. They even have a map and useful information in the car, which rent a car companies dont have. We are definitely reccommend mack rent a car, especially if you are visiting Croatia for first time.

I have rented many cars with different rental companies in several countries for work and private, but this is one of the best experiences I had so far. Starting from begining, this was private trip for our vacation. We made our reservation on time, with another rental company and as they were overbooked, we had to make another one. Not to mention how stressfull situation was when you thought you have sorted and planed your holiday and situation like this happens. As we got advice from a person who was at desk this things might happen, more over with worldwide companies. You may think you will get better option, better car or better standard, this was definitely not the case.
We were really stressed about situation and we started looking up to make a new reservation, on google maps we saw M.A.C.K.'s reviews and offices which made us more comfortable and secure at that point.
No, it was much better! We had a plan to go from Zagreb up to Plitvice lakes, Zadar, Split and drop off car in Dubrovnik. It was like a last minute reservation and everyting started sorting out so quick and relaxing. Not only staff in every office is helpful, with all information we asked, but we got additional driver without any charge! Everything went so smoothly.
Once again, many thanks to all your stuff for being so helpful and made our trip unforgetatable. We will for sure come in your wonderful country and definitely make a booking with you. If there were 6 stars, you would get them!

Over the last six years or so we rent small to mid size cars with M.A.C.K. at Çilipi airport, mostly on basis of full insurance coverage. We find relation of price/quality of the cars we rented always (very) competitive, specifically before and after busy tourist seasons. Services provided by M.A.C.K.'s Roberto are clearly beyond the call duty: very responsive, free navigation system during off-season times, his drop-off of a mid sized car 130 kilometers away from Çilipi airport, namely with us in Bar, on the coast of southern Montegro at a modest fee - two times 3 hours' drive together with his wife in the evening and at night, on Sunday, 28th May this year! Next time, i.e. May 2018, when we will be back at Dubrovnik airport we will rent a car with Roberto at M.A.C.K. Nick D., Amsterdam, 28 Sept. 2017

Sehr schöne (private) Autovermietung direkt am Flughafen.
Wir haben uns extra für keinen großen Autovermieter entschieden. Gefühlt haben einen Neuwagen bekommen und wurden super eingewiesen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Die Rückgabe des Autos war kein Problem und binnen Minuten erledigt.
Es gab auch keinerlei Nachberechnungen, versteckte Kosten oder irgendwelche unterstellten Schäden. Alles war so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten.response / report this review
