Really lovely restaurant. Romantic setting in a walled garden, and food and wine was excellent too. Waiting staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great night. Even had blankets for when it got a bit nippy! Would definitely head back when next in Vis.

We stumbled upon this place by accident. We weren't looking for anything heavy so we had appetizers. The drinks were delicious and the tuna roll and beet salad were scrumptious. All of this was eaten in a storybook setting surrounded by old brick walls and delicate gardens.

There are two (so far) placed that made highest culinary impression on my family at Vis island. Konoba Lola is the place that should be visited due to two reasons, the fist is location, not easy to find but when you enter the gate you will find beautiful garden and a lot of space between old town walls. The second is the food taste - AMAZING. Portions are maybe not too big but enough for late dinner. Everything was perfect including service and stuff.
The only thing that I can complain a bit is a level of prices that is above average at Vis but it was worth spending money and time and have such an incredible Croatian taste journey here :) enjoy!response / report this review -

We got everything fast but all at the same time. Food was good but bit pricey compared to other restaurants on Vis with this class. Friendly staff!

Tucked away in a secluded courtyard - a hidden gem of a restaurant with a modern twist on Croatian cooking. Good cocktails and knowledgeable wine selection with great accompanying food without the usual pretension. Should book as there are only limited tables and we saw lots of people being turned away.
