The guy just wants your money. He pulls prices out of thin air whilst acting charming yet pushy. We also asked about food and were told his wife would cook for us. When we asked the price, he would only tell us a minimum amount. We had a bad gut feeling about owners demeanor and vague prices which led us to look at online reviews. Luckily we checked them out before committing! They totally conformed our suspicions. After we retracted our wish to say, the price dropped a little, but it was still much more than expected. By this point it was more a matter of principal - no-one likes a ripoff merchant. We ended up checking the site next door. Here we paid HALF the price for a better pitch and facilities! As others have mentioned, no transparency and you're better off elsewhere. Avoid.

First have a look at the other sites in this bay.
Romantica is the most expensive with less stars (1*).
He welcomes his guests very friendly but with $$ signs in his eyes!
First let you install on your spot and later tells you the price.
He gives you the feeling it is very cheap but (in june) we paid 20 euro for 2 persons, a tent and a car: more than any other site, we found out later.
In fact the same price as a 5* campsite througout Croatia.
Toilets are old and falling apart.
Men and women in 1 room although this could easily be solved by placing a wall but this is too much work for this man.
"can we have dinner here?" we asked.
"yes, of course! after my family leaves, you can have lamb or pig."
Later we had some left-overs from his family party (green peas and some bones with lots of fat) for 20 euro per person!
We had to pay immediately as well.
Never again!
AVOID THIS CAMPSITE!
On our tour through Croatia, this was the only campsite which gave us a bad feeling.
There is much better and much cheaper in this bay.

The price is not the most important factor for me.
But this was absolutely not "value for money".
Clean toilets should be included in the price and not be an extra.
And yes, dinner was bad.
Electricity was at the main house and not at the plots.
There were B positions? Why didn't you tell us?
And that's the problem with your campsite: total intransparency of prices and possiblilties.response / report this review -

Nice spot . The family is very kind and friendly but the prices are intransparent. Please ask for all the prices before you take something!

We were in 2016 august. My children were happy, beacause sea shore near. The mistress was politely. I believe we will come again in this summer.
