  As the app doesnt acept no stars, se have to put at least 1 star. Scooters are not at their best requirements, they seem not to be as safe as they need it. One of those we have rented it's brakes didn't work pretty well. We have been leading with so many staff, all of them were polite but just one of them, I guess the manager was angry all the time, speaking like high and with very bad tone. Definitely we had a bad experience with them, scooters are not very safe and they feel like angry against the world.

  They were fantastic for our rental of a boat for the day. The price was half the cost of others we looked into and the whole process was handled well and professionally. We also purchased Moreska tickets from them and they were very informative about how to get good seats. We will use them again!

  --Poor customer service; impolite. When I mentioned that my bike had problems with the gears shifting properly, there was no response, just ignored me. When I pressed the issue, she went to take it for a ride and I could hear the same problem I was hearing and experiencing yet she claimed that it was fine, which was obviously not the case.
  --Provided misinformation about the distance to the park.

  The best bike rental in town. They have really good bikes and alk type of bikes. E-bike , road bike , city bike and mountain bikes.
