For sure one if not the best meat place in Rijeka. Go there eyes closed because their food is awesome. The place itself is amazing ! Idk you could make such a charming restaurant, the waiters are super nice and pro. The only minus imo is the dessert, ive seen better in the area

A great place to eat with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Translation of the menu is worth a giggle. With individual dishes you could rack up quite a bill but with a shared meat platter and the sea food salad to share, you get good value for money.

We have been in Croatia over a month and we have tried many restaurants and Tarsa has been clearly the best! Food was excellent and there was definitely enough of it, service was friendly and prices was okay. Restaurant was lovely and clean.
We definitely recommend!

Nice restaurant with very helpful staff. We went there for a dinner when we passed by rijeka. Everything was great, we were given really huge portion - soups we're like 3x normal soup. :D I recommend mushroom soup :) Price was also really good.

The bread is homemade and so good. We had to force ourselves to stop eating it. The atmosphere is special and service top notch. So many options and the portions are huge! Unfortunately the steaks we ordered were chewy and we had to work hard to cut them without steak knives. Still, would go back again. Maybe got unlucky this time.

Lava cake is very very delicious!! My only complaint - the toilet was not so good and there was no toilet paper.

Great local food, good service, definitely worth a trip. Also the bill was OK. This place is a 10 min / 20-30 kn taxi drive from the city centre, but this should not refrain you from going there.
