  We personally reserved a table with my wife and our 3 year old son in the morning, I specifically picked out a nicely shaded table expecting a hot day ahead. The waitress was prominently phlegmatic, but confirmed the reservation nevertheless. When we returned at lunchtime in the scorching heat, all the tables were taken except for 2 tables put together and reserved for a group of 8 people. I told one of the waitresses that we also had a reservation, she simply informed us with the trademark phlegmatic style that there were just too many people to hold our reservation, but we can still take a seat inside. No one said sorry, they just basically told us that we can either take the table inside or we can leave. I can't say anything about the food, as we left immediately, but my impression is that this is an over-hyped place where there are so many people wanting to get a table anyway, that the staff just doesn't really feel the need to meet the minimum level of politeness and hospitality. I recommend to dig a bit deeper and find a less centrally located, but friendlier place in one of those nice narrow streets. We did so and were grateful to find a smaller place with a nice and friendly atmosphere and excellent food.

  Not good an all. Service was super Slow and quite unfriendly. It took over 40minutes after ordering for the food to be ready - while the restaurant was half empty and we were just a group of four. And even the food was low quality and low effort. Bolognese sauce without ANY tomato in it, soggy vegetables, oysters with strange consistency and the "Adria prawns" we're a bad joke - just tiny shrimps straight out of the freezer. Not to be recommended at all.
